Isaac Greene

Dr. Isaac Greene is a guitarist and educator based in South Carolina. He performs regularly as a soloist and in chamber ensembles. His innovative solo programs seek to show musical connections across the five hundred years of guitar and lute music in the western repertoire and often include original arrangements of lesser-known repertoire. A widely experienced educator, he has taught over 10,000 guitar lessons to hundreds of students from every background, age, and ability. He currently serves as president of the South Carolina Music Educators Association’s Guitar Division and advocates for guitar education in schools around the state.
